iš dalies keičiantis Sprendimą 83/384/EEB dėl Australijos įmonių, patvirtintų importuoti į Bendriją šviežią mėsą, sąrašo

EUROPOS BENDRIJŲ KOMISIJA,
atsižvelgdama į Europos ekonominės bendrijos steigimo sutartį,
atsižvelgdama į 1972 m. gruodžio 12 d. Tarybos direktyvą 72/462/EEB dėl sveikatos ir veterinarinio tikrinimo problemų importuojant galvijus, kiaules ir šviežią mėsą iš trečiųjų šalių [1] su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Reglamentu (EEB) Nr. 3768/85 [2], ypač į jo 4 straipsnio 1 dalį ir 18 straipsnio 1 dalį,
atsižvelgdama į 1976 m. gruodžio 21d. Tarybos direktyvą 77/96/EEB dėl trichinelių (trichinella spiralis) tyrimo šviežioje kiaulienoje, importuojamoje iš trečiųjų šalių [3], su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Reglamentu (EEB) 3768/85, ypač į jo 4 straipsnį,
kadangi Australijos įmonių, patvirtintų importuoti į Bendriją šviežią mėsą, sąrašas iš pradžių buvo nustatytas Komisijos sprendimu 83/384/EEB [4] su paskutiniais pakeitimais, padarytais Sprendimu 86/251/EEB [5];
kadangi įprasti patikrinimai pagal Direktyvos 72/462/EEB 5 straipsnį ir 1983 m. balandžio 8 d. Komisijos sprendimo 72/462/EEB dėl patikrinimų vietoje, kurie turi būti atliekami importuojant galvijus bei kiaulių ir šviežią mėsą iš valstybių, kurios nėra narės [6], 3 straipsnio 1 dalį atskleidė, kad po paskutinio patikrinimo kai kuriose įmonėse higienos lygis pasikeitė;
kadangi dėl to įmonių sąrašas turi būti iš dalies pakeistas;
kadangi šiame sprendime numatytos priemonės atitinka Veterinarijos nuolatinio komiteto nuomonę,
