ΑΠΟΦΑΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗΣ
της 14ης Νοεμβρίου 1984
που τροποποιεί την απόφαση 83/384/ΕΟΚ όσον αφορά τον πίνακα των εγκαταστάσεων της Αυστραλίας που έχουν εγκριθεί για την εισαγωγή νωπών κρεάτων στην Κοινότητα

Η ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΩΝ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪΚΩΝ ΚΟΙΝΟΤΗΤΩΝ,
Έχοντας υπόψη:
τη συνθήκη για την ίδρυση της Ευρωπαϊκής Οικονομικής Κοινότητας,
την οδηγία 72/462/ΕΟΚ του Συμβουλίου της 12ης Δεκεμβρίου 1972 περί των υγειονομικών προβλημάτων και του υγειονομικού κτηνιατρικού ελέγχου κατά την εισαγωγή βοοειδών και χοιροειδών ζώων και νωπών κρεάτων προελεύσεως τρίτων χωρών (1), όπως τροποποιήθηκε τελευταία από την οδηγία 83/91/ΕΟΚ (2), και ιδίως το άρθρο 4 παράγραφος 1 και το άρθρο 18 παράγραφος 1 στοιχεία α) και β),
Εκτιμώντας:
ότι ο πίνακας των εγκαταστάσεων της Αυστραλίας, που έχουν εγκριθεί για την εισαγωγή νωπών κρεάτων στην Κοινότητα, καταρτίστηκε αρχικά στην απόφαση 83/384/ΕΟΚ της Επιτροπής (3), όπως τροποποιήθηκε τελευταία με την απόφαση 84/487/ΕΟΚ (4)·
ότι από το συνηθισμένο έλεγχο που πραγματοποιήθηκε, κατ' εφαρμογή του άρθρου 5 της οδηγίας 72/462/ΕΟΚ και του άρθρου 3 παράγραφος 1 της απόφασης 83/196/ΕΟΚ της Επιτροπής της 8ης Απριλίου 1983 σχετικά με τους επιτόπιους ελέγχους που πραγματοποιούνται στα πλαίσια του καθεστώτος που εφαρμόζεται στις εισαγωγές βοοειδών και χοιροειδών καθώς και νωπών κρεάτων προελεύσεως τρίτων χωρών (5), διαπιστώθηκε ότι το επίπεδο υγιεινής ορισμένων εγκαταστάσων είχε αλλαγές σε σχέση με τον προηγούμενο έλεγχο·
ότι είναι απαραίτητο, κατά συνέπεια, να τροποποιηθεί ο πίνακας των εγκαταστάσεων·
ότι τα μέτρα που προβλέπονται στην παρούσα απόφαση είναι σύμφωνα με τη γνώμη της Μόνιμης Κτηνιατρικής Επιτροπής,
ΕΞΕΔΩΣΕ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΟΥΣΑ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΗ:
Άρθρο 1
Το παράρτημα της απόφασης 83/384/ΕΟΚ αντικαθίσταται από το παράρτημα της παρούσας απόφασης.
Άρθρο 2
Η παρούσα απόφαση απευθύνεται τα κράτη μέλη.
