KOMMISSIONEN FOR DE EUROPAEISKE
FAELLESSKABER HAR -
under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab,
under henvisning til Raadets direktiv 72/462/EOEF af 12. december 1972 om sundhedsmaessige og veterinaerpolitimaessige problemer i forbindelse med indfoersel af kvaeg og svin samt fersk koed fra tredjelande (1), senest aendret ved forordning (EOEF) nr. 3768/85 (2), saerlig artikel 4, stk. 1, og artikel 18, stk. 1,
under henvisning til Raadets direktiv 77/96/EOEF af 21. december 1976 om trikinundersoegelse i forbindelse med indfoersel af fersk koed af tamsvin fra tredjelande (3), senest aendret ved forordning (EOEF) nr. 3768/85, saerlig artikel 4, og
ud fra foelgende betragtninger:
Listen over virksomheder i Australien, der er godkendt til indfoersel af fersk koed til Faellesskabet, blev oprindelig opstillet ved Kommissionens beslutning 83/384/EOEF (4), senest aendret ved beslutning 86/251/EOEF (5);
en rutinemaessig kontrol paa stedet, gennemfoert i medfoer af artikel 5 i direktiv 72/462/EOEF og artikel 3, stk. 1, i Kommissionens beslutning 83/196/EOEF af 8. april 1983 om veterinaerkontrol paa stedet i forbindelse med indfoersel af kvaeg og svin samt fersk koed fra tredjelande (6), har vist, at hygiejneniveauet paa visse virksomheder har aendret sig i forhold til den senest foretagne kontrol;
det er derfor noedvendigt at aendre listen over virksomhederne;
de i denne beslutning fastsatte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Den staaende Veterinaerkomité -
VEDTAGET FOELGENDE BESLUTNING:
Artikel 1
Bilaget i beslutning 83/384/EOEF affattes som angivet i bilaget til naervaerende beslutning.
Artikel 2
Denne beslutning er rettet til medlemsstaterne.
Udfaerdiget i Bruxelles, den 23. juli 1986.
