Amendment to the proposal for a Council Directive on the conditions under which non-
resident carriers may operate certain national transport services within a Member State

The original Commission proposal is hereby amended as follows:
Insert a new Article 6 reading:
Article 6
Three years after this Directive enters into force, the Commission shall report to the
Council and to the European Parliament on the application of this Directive by. the
Member States and, where necessary, propose amendments to it.'
Article 6 of the original proposal hereby becomes Article 7.
