QUESTION
Have the leads provided by witnesses V. P. (interview of 8 August 1991), D.M. (interview of 19 February 2003), S.Š. (interview of 28 January 2009) as well as other former Croatian soldiers interviewed between 22 October 2002 and 4 March 2003, about V.H., M.S. and their commander M.B. being the alleged direct perpetrators of the abduction and killing of the applicants’ close relative V.B., been followed by the national authorities? If not, what were the reasons for that?
