PROCEDURAL INFORMATION
These applications concern complaints raised under Articles 10 and 11 of the Convention relating to disproportionate measures against solo demonstrators who staged their demonstrations together with other participants in turn on the dates specified in the Appendix.

The Court decided, under Rule 54 § 2 (c) of the Rules of Court, that further notice of the applications under Article 11 of the Convention concerning disproportionate interference with their right to freedom of assembly in connection with their participation in the relevant public events (see Nemytov and Others v. Russia, nos. 1257/21 and 2 others, §§ 93 and 155-158, 27 May 2025) should be given to the Government of Russia.
