concerning the publication of the Commission’s report
in the case of Greece against the United Kingdom (application No. 299/57)

The Committee of Ministers,
Whereas the Committee of Ministers decided to terminate the examination of the case by Resolution (59) 32 of 14 December 1959;
Having regard to the request made by the Government of the United Kingdom on 9 March 2006 to have the report adopted by the European Commission of Human Rights on 8 July 1959 in the case of Greece against the United Kingdom made public;
Decided to make public the above-mentioned report of the Commission.
