COUNCIL DECISION of 1 December 1983 amending Decision 82/729/ECSC of 26 October 1982 designating representative organizations required to draw up lists of candidates for the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to Article 18 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community,
Whereas, by its Decision 82/729/ECSC of 26 October 1982 (1), the Council designated the representative organizations which are required to draw up lists of twice as many candidates as there are seats allotted to them on the Consultative Committee of the European Coal and Steel Community for the period 3 December 1982 to 2 December 1984;
Whereas the Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund has announced that it no longer wishes to be represented on the Consultative Committee ; whereas an additional seat on that Committee should be allotted to the Industriegewerkschaft Bergbau und Energie;
Whereas Decision 82/729/ECSC should be amended accordingly,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Sole Article
In the table given in the Annex to Decision 82/729/ECSC, the entries appearing in the second and third columns in the Workers'organizations category, Germany, should be replaced by the following: >PIC FILE= "T0034105">
