IL-KUMMISSJONI TAL-KOMUNITAJIET EWROPEJ,
Wara li kunsidrat it-Trattat li jistabbilixxi l-Komunità Ewropea;
Wara li kkunsidrat id-Direttiva tal-Kunsill 72/462/KEE tat-12 ta’ Diċembru ta’ l-1972 dwar il-problemi tas-saħħa u ta’ l-ispezzjoni veterinarju mal-importazzjoni ta’ l-annimali ta’ l-ifrat u ħnieżer u laħam frisk minn pajjiżi terzi [1], kif l-aħħar emendata permezz tar-Regolament (KEE) Nru 3768/85 [2], u b’mod partikolari l-Artikoli 4(1) u 18(1) tiegħu,
Billi lista ta’ stabbilimenti fin-New Zealand, approvata għall-iskopijiet ta’ l-importazzjoni ta’ laħam frisk fil-Komunità, kienet inizjalment imħejjija bid-Deċiżjoni tal-Kummissjoni 83/402/KEE [3], kif l-aħħar emendata permezz tad-Deċiżjoni 86/79/KEE [4];
Billi l-ispezzjoni ta’ rutina permezz ta’ l-Artikolu 5 tad-Direttiva 72/462/KEE u l-Artikolu 3(1) tad-Deċiżjoni tal-Kummissjoni 83/196/KEE tat-8 ta’ April ta’ l-1983 li jirrigwardja l-spezzjonijiet fuq il-post li jitwettqu fir-rigward ta’ l-importazzjoni ta’ l-annimali ta’ l-ifrat u tal-ħnieżer u laħam frisk minn pajjiżi mhux membri [5] wrew li l-livell ta’ l-iġjene ta’ ċerti stabbilimenti tbiddel mill-aħħar spezzjoni;
Billi l-lista ta’ l-istabbilimenti għandha għalhekk ikunu emendata;
Billi il-miżuri li hemm provvediment dwarhom f’din id-Deċiżjoni huma skond l-Opinjoni tal-Kumitat Permanenti Veterinarju
ADOTTAT DIN ID-DEĊIŻJONI:
L-Artikolu 1
L-Anness tad-Deċiżjoni 83/402/KEE huwa hawnhekk mibdul bl-Anness għal din id-Deċiżjoni.
L-Artikolu 2
