QUESTIONS
Did the applicants have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charges against them, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention? In particular, was the use at the applicants’ trial of Aleksandr Novoselov’s statement which had been obtained by a measure in breach of Articles 3 of the Convention (see Aleksandr Novoselov v. Russia, no. 33954/05, §§ 59‑67, 28 November 2013) in conformity with the requirements of fairness guaranteed by Article 6 § 1?
