SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the forced stripping of the applicant at a public nursery school, when he was seven years old. Shortly after the incident, the school dismissed the teacher in question, filed a criminal complaint against her, provided psychological support to the applicant and paid him around 2,100 euros in respect of non-pecuniary damage. The civil courts awarded the applicant an additional amount of around 2,100 euros in respect of non‑pecuniary damage. The applicant complains about the incident under Article 3 (the substantive aspect).
QUESTION tO THE PARTIES
Has the applicant’s forced stripping at a public nursery school amount to a violation of Article 3 of the Convention (see Lyalyakin v. Russia, no. 31305/09, 12 March 2015 and V.K. v. Russia, no. 68059/13, 7 March 2017)?
