SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application essentially concerns alleged inadequate conditions of the applicant’s detention for seventeen days (twelve of which were in Prison No. 13). The applicant complains under Article 3 of the Convention that the conditions of his detention amounted to inhuman and degrading treatment.
