Opinion of the Advocate-General

Mr Advocate General Lenz delivered his Opinion on 10 January 1989 . (*) He concluded that the Court should rule as follows :

( 1)Council Regulation No 2096/87 of 13 July 1987 on the temporary importation of containers is void;

( 2)The provisions of that regulation shall continue to have effect until a regulation is adopted pursuant to this judgment;

( 3 ) The defendant is ordered to pay the costs .
