Opinion of the Advocate-General

Mr Advocate General Lenz delivered his Opinion on 12 July 1989 . (*) He proposed that the Court should :

( 1 ) declare void Council Directive 87/519/EEC of 19 October 1987 amending Directive 74/63/EEC on undesirable substances and products in animal nutrition;

( 2 ) Order the Council to pay the costs .
