Opinion of the Advocate-General

Mr Advocate General Darmon delivered his Opinion on 14 December 1988 . (*) He proposed that the Court should rule that :

Electronic apparatus which fulfils functions of checking and monitoring electronic components by measuring electrical quantities does not fall under subheading 90.28 A II ( a ) but subheading 90.28 A II ( b ) provided that no other major function of the apparatus justifies its classification under another heading .
