Mr Advocate General Van Gerven delivered his Opinion on 16 March 1989 . (* )He concluded that the Court should rule as follows :

Heading 97.03 of the Common Customs Tariff, as annexed to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 3000/80, must be interpreted as covering articles known as "magic cubes ".
