Operative part
The Court:
1.
Dismisses the action as inadmissible in so far as it is brought against Mr Tillis, Mr Kontaratos, Mr Argyrakos, Mr Petrakis and Ms Koutroumpa;
2.
Orders the Commission to bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Mr Tillis relating to his plea of inadmissibility.
