The Court:
1.
Orders Edificios Inteco SL to reimburse to the European Commission the sum of EUR 157 238,07, plus EUR 81 686,22 corresponding to interest due on 1 June 2009;
2.
Orders Edificios Inteco to reimburse the Commission the sum of EUR 2 173 796 for each additional day’s delay from 2 June 2009 to payment in full of the debt.
3.
Orders Edificios Inteco to pay the costs.
