Apellatsioonkaebus Üldkohtu (kolmas koda) 9. septembri 2011. aasta otsuse peale kohtuasjas T-475/07: Dow AgroSciences jt vs. komisjon, millega jäeti rahuldamata hagi, mille ese on nõue tühistada komisjoni 20. septembri 2007. aasta otsus 2007/629/EÜ trifluraliini nõukogu direktiivi 91/414/EMÜ I lisasse kandmata jätmise ja kõnealust toimeainet sisaldavate taimekaitsevahendite lubade tühistamise kohta (teatavaks tehtud numbri K(2007) 4282 all) (ELT L 255, lk 42).
Resolutsioon

Jätta apellatsioonkaebus rahuldamata.
