Pourvoi formé contre l'arrêt du Tribunal (troisième chambre) du 9 septembre 2011, Dow AgroSciences e.a./Commission (T-475/07), rejetant un recours ayant pour objet l’annulation de la décision 2007/629/CE de la Commission, du 20 septembre 2007, concernant la non-inscription de la trifluraline à l’annexe I de la directive 91/414/CEE du Conseil et le retrait des autorisations de produits phytopharmaceutiques contenant cette substance [notifiée sous le numéro C(2007) 4282] (JO L 255, p. 42)
