Impugnazione proposta contro la sentenza del Tribunale (Terza Sezione) del 9 settembre 2011, Dow AgroSciences e a./Commissione (T-475/07), che respinge un ricorso avente ad oggetto l’annullamento della decisione della Commissione, del 20 settembre 2007, concernente la non iscrizione del trifluralin nell'allegato I della direttiva 91/414/CEE del Consiglio e la revoca delle autorizzazioni di prodotti fitosanitari contenenti detta sostanza [notificata con il numero C(2007) 4282] (GU L 255, pag. 42)
