Is there also an agricultural area within the meaning of Article 34(2)(a) of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 (1) of 19 January 2009 if that area, although also used for agricultural purposes (grazing for sheep farming purposes), forms the cover layer of a landfill site in after-care?
