Operative part of the judgment
The Tribunal:
1.
Annuls the decisions of the European Economic and Social Committee of 16 October 2012 and 31 January 2013 terminating CU’s temporary staff contract for an indefinite period;
2.
Orders the European Economic and Social Committee to pay CU the amount of EUR 25 000;
3.
Dismisses the remainder of the action;
4.
Declares that the European Economic and Social Committee is to bear its own costs and orders it to pay the costs incurred by CU.
