Annuls the decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (OHIM) of 14 March 2014 (Case R 609/2011-4);

Orders OHIM to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Mr Bernhard Rintisch;
3.
Orders Compagnie laitière européenne SA to bear its own costs.
