Partially annul the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) of 24 January 2014 given in Case R 713/2013-2 in the part that it confirmed the decision of rejection of protection in the European Union to the International Registration 1 1 34 485‘APPCAMPUS’ (word) regarding computer software, magnetic data carriers, recording discs, compact discs, DVD’s and other digital recording media in class 9 and technological services and research and design relating thereto, design and development of computer software in class 42;

Order the defendant to pay the costs of proceedings.
