Subject-matter and description of the proceedings
Application for annulment of the Commission’s decision not to take further action on the request for assistance made by the applicant even though he was under investigation for misappropriation of funds accruing to the Community budget.
Form of order sought
The applicant claims that the Tribunal should:

annul the decision of the appointing authority of 21 November 2014, received on 3 December 2014, rejecting complaint No R/865/14 submitted by the applicant on 5 August 2014;
—
order the European Commission to pay the sum of EUR 17 242,51, to be adjusted if necessary;
—
order the European Commission to pay the sum of EUR 3 000 in respect of the non-recoverable costs, to be adjusted if necessary, and to pay all the costs.
