Application for annulment of the decision not to renew the applicant’s contract as a member of the contract staff for auxiliary tasks and for damages in respect of the non-material harm allegedly suffered.
Form of order sought
The applicant claims that the Tribunal should:

annul the decision of 28 May 2015 refusing to renew his contract;
—
so far as necessary, annul the implied decision of 31 May 2015 refusing to renew his contract;
—
so far as necessary, annul the decision of 7 December 2015 rejecting his complaint;
—
order the defendant to pay damages, fixed on equitable principles at EUR 115 000, by way of compensation for the non-material harm he has suffered;
—
order the defendant to pay all the costs.
