Operative part of the judgment
The Court:

Annuls the decision of the Authority Empowered to Conclude Contracts of Employment of the European Parliament dated 19 December 2014 concerning the termination of Erik Josefsson’s contract as a member of the temporary staff;
2.
Dismisses the action as to the remainder;
3.
Orders the Parliament to pay the costs.
