Artikel 19
Artikel 32b Absätze 2 und 3 des EGKS-Vertrags , Artikel 167 Absätze 2 und 3 des EWG-Vertrags und Artikel 139 Absätze 2 und 3 des EAG-Vertrags erhalten folgende Fassung :
" Alle drei Jahre findet eine teilweise Neubesetzung der Richterstellen statt . Sie betrifft abwechselnd je sieben und sechs Richter .
Alle drei Jahre findet eine teilweise Neubesetzung der Stellen der Generalanwälte statt . Sie betrifft jedesmal drei Generalanwälte . "
