( a ) By way of derogation from the time limit relating to the expiry of aid referred to in Article 6 ( 2 ) ( b ) , Portugal may grant aid , for five years from the date on which they are recognized , to producers' organizations founded within five years of the date of accession of Portugal .
( b ) By way of derogation of Article from the third subparagraph of 21 ( 3 ) , for a period not beyond 31 December 1988 , Portugal will communicate to the Commission information under conditions requiring less detail than those laid down by the Community rules and at periods to be determined in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 33 .
