COUNCIL
COUNCIL DECISION
of 8 April 1986
concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and
the People's Republic of China on trade in textile products , the Protocol of Adaptation and the
Supplementary Protocol thereto
( 86 / 669 / EEC )
textile products , the Protocol of Adaptation and the
Supplementary Protocol thereto are hereby approved on
behalf of the Community .
The text of the Agreement and the Protocols is attached to
this Decision .
Article 2
The President of the Council shall give the notification
provided for in Article 22 of the Agreement , Article 4 of the
Protocol of Adaptation and Article 6 of the Supplementary
Protocol f 1 ).
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European
Economic Community , and in particular Article 113
thereof,
Having regard to the recommendation from the
Commission ,
Whereas the Agreement on trade in textile products
negotiated between the European Economic Community
and the People's Republic of China , the Protocol of
Adaptation and the Supplementary Protocol thereto should
be approved ,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS :
Article 1
The Agreements between the European Economic
Community and the People's Republic of China on trade in
Done at Luxembourg , 8 April 1986 .
