Februar 1983 über die Freigabe der historischen Archive der Europäischen
Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft und der Europäischen Atomgemeinschaft (ABI. L 43 vom 15.2.1983,
S. 1), geändert durch die Verordnung (EG, Euratom) Nr. 1700/2003 vom 22. September 2003
(ABI. L 243 vom 27.9.2003, S. 1), ist diese Datei der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Soweit
erforderlich, wurden die Verschlusssachen in dieser Datei in Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 5

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
The present proposa l f o r a d r a f t Council Regu la t io n amending Coundil
R egula t io n (EEC) No 1465/86 which concerns the monthly increases in
the a c t i v a t i n g t h r e s h o ld p r i c e , the guide p r i c e and the minimum p r i c e
f o r peas and f i e l d b e a n s is deemed necessary to a l lo w f o r a more even
d isp o sa l o f the Community p ro d u c t io n of peas and f i e l d beans« Therefore , ·
the p e r io d o f a p p l i c a t i o n of the amount of monthly in creases should be
extended to e i g h t months from six months«
This proposal does not c a r ry any consequences f o r the P»M«E.
