SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the alleged interference with the applicant’s right to freedom of expression. In this connection, the applicant complains under Article 10 of the Convention that he was tried and convicted for distributing a periodical which was considered to be making propaganda for a terrorist organisation.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Having regard to the applicant’s conviction, which became final with the decision of the Court of Cassation (dated 21 December 2011, no. 2009/20208E and 2011/30433K), has there been a breach of Article 10 of the Convention in the present case?
