SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applicants submit that the domestic courts refused to examine their cases for various reasons, summarised in the appendix. The applicants’ arguments that the courts did have competence to examine their cases was not commented upon.
The applicants complain under Article 6 of the Convention about a violation of their right of access to a court.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Do the facts of each case disclose a violation of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention? In particular, was each of the applicants’ right of “access to a court”, within the meaning of that provision, been breached (Zubac v. Croatia [GC], no. 40160/12, 5 April 2018)?
