SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the search of the applicant’s flat in the course of a criminal investigation against her son-in-law. The applicant claims that the search was unlawful and that the domestic authorities during the search unlawfully seised a considerable amount of money belonging to her.
QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES
1. Has there been an interference with the applicant’s right to respect for her home, within the meaning of Article 8 § 1 of the Convention? If so, was that interference in accordance with the law and necessary in terms of Article 8 § 2?
2. Has the applicant been deprived of her possessions in the public interest, and in accordance with the conditions provided for by law, within the meaning of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1? If so, was that deprivation necessary to control the use of property in accordance with the general interest?
