GREECE AGAINST THE UNITED KINGDOM

The Committee of Ministers,
Whereas the Committee decided to terminate its examination of the case by Resolution DH (59) 12;
Having regard to the request formulated by the Government of the United Kingdom on 24 April 1997 to have the report adopted by the European Commission of Human Rights on 26 September 1958 in the case of Greece against the United Kingdom made public,
Decides to make public the above-mentioned report of the Commission.
