SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applications concern care orders in respect of the applicants’ children and the determination of the applicants’ contact rights with their children during public care. The applicants submit that the domestic proceedings and decisions violated their right to respect for family life as guaranteed by Article 8 of the Convention.
