SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applications concern proceedings in which foster care arrangements in place in respect of the applicants’ children were replaced with adoption.
The applicants submit that the domestic decisions were in violation of their right to respect for family life as guaranteed by Article 8 of the Convention. The applicants in application no. 31423/22 also complain about a breach of Article 6 of the Convention in the proceedings at issue.
