Komisijas Lēmums
(1986. gada 1. augusts),
ar ko groza Lēmumu 83/402/EEK par to Jaunzēlandes uzņēmumu sarakstu, kuri apstiprināti svaigas gaļas importēšanai Kopienā

EIROPAS KOPIENU KOMISIJA,
ņemot vērā Eiropas Ekonomikas kopienas dibināšanas līgumu,
ņemot vērā Padomes 1972. gada 12. decembra Direktīvu 72/462/EEK par veselības un veterinārās pārbaudes jautājumiem, kas saistīti ar liellopu, cūku un svaigas gaļas ievešanu no trešām valstīm [1], kurā jaunākie grozījumi izdarīti ar Regulu (EEK) Nr. 3768/85 [2], un jo īpaši tās 4. panta 1. punktu un 18. panta 1. punktu,
tā kā sarakstu ar Jaunzēlandes uzņēmumiem, kas apstiprināti svaigas gaļas importēšanai Kopienā, sākotnēji izveidoja ar Komisijas Lēmumu 83/402/EEK [3], kurā jaunākie grozījumi izdarīti ar Lēmumu 86/79/EEK [4];
tā kā regulārā pārbaude saskaņā ar Direktīvas 72/462/EEK 5. pantu un Komisijas 1983. gada 8. aprīļa Lēmuma 83/196/EEK 3. panta 1. punktu par pārbaudēm uz vietas, ko veic attiecībā uz liellopu, cūku un svaigas gaļas importu no ārpus Kopienas valstīm [5], atklājusi, ka atsevišķos uzņēmumos kopš pēdējās pārbaudes ir mainījies higiēnas līmenis;
tā kā tādēļ būtu jāveic grozījumi uzņēmumu sarakstā;
tā kā šajā lēmumā paredzētie pasākumi ir saskaņā ar Pastāvīgās veterinārijas komitejas atzinumu,
IR PIEŅĒMUSI ŠO LĒMUMU.
1. pants
Lēmuma 83/402/EEK pielikumu aizstāj ar šā lēmuma pielikumu.
2. pants
Šis lēmums ir adresēts dalībvalstīm.
