QUESTIONS
1. Regard being had to the examination of the applicant’s case taken by the national courts on 30 September and 8 December 2015, may the applicant claim to be a victim of Article 6 §§ 1 and 3 (b) and (c) of the Convention, within the meaning of Article 34?
2. Has the applicant complied with the six months’ rule, in so far as his complaint concerns the proceedings which ended with the judgment of 8 December 2015?
3. The Government are requested to provide a record of the appeal hearing of 8 December 2015 before the Moscow Regional Court (протокол заседания).
