QUESTION
Have the leads provided by the first applicant Z.M. (interview of 19 December 2002), the second applicant D.M. (interview of 11 July 2003), I. D. (interview of 28 July 2003), as well as other former Croatian soldiers interviewed in 2003, about Š. (possibly N. Š.) and B. (possibly V. or G.) and their commanders I. M. and D.P., being the alleged direct perpetrators of the abduction and killing of the applicants’ close relative S. M., been followed by the national authorities? If not, what were the reasons for that?
