SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASES
The cases concern living conditions and medical treatment of the applicants in RIC Chios and in Ioannina in the apartment where they have been placed by the authorities (in respect of application no. 16865/20), in RIC Lesvos (Moria) and Nea Kavala camp (in respect of application no. 48822/20) and in RIC Samos (in respect of applications nos. 42573/20 and 53764/20). The applicants argue that they live in inadequate conditions and that they suffer from severe medical conditions.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Having regard to the applicants’ medical condition, has there been a violation of Article 3 and/or Article 8 of the Convention on account of their living conditions and their medical treatment?
2. Did the applicants in applications nos. 42573/20, 48822/20 and 53764/20 have at their disposal an effective remedy, as required under Article 13 of the Convention, in order to put the issue of their living conditions and their medical treatment to the domestic authorities?
3. In respect of application no. 16865/20 has there been a violation of Article 13 taken in conjunction with Article 3 of the Convention in view of the alleged deficiencies of the identification and asylum procedure?
