Protection of HIV-positive prisoners in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis: communicated

The case primarily concerns the conditions of detention of HIV-positive prisoners. In particular, it raises the issue whether the authorities took adequate steps to protect the health of the applicants, as persons living with HIV, in the context of the COVID-19 health crisis.
