SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the living conditions and the alleged lack of medical treatment of the applicant in Mavrovouni Reception and Identification Centre (RIC) Lesvos. He suffers inter alia from lower limb amputation of his right leg and chronic conditions including neurinoma.
The applicant relies on Article 3 of the Convention with regard to his living conditions and lack of medical treatment.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Having regard to the applicant’s state of health, has there been a violation of Article 3 of the Convention on account of his medical treatment?
2. Were the applicant’s living conditions in Mavrovouni RIC Lesvos compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?
