Length of detention on remand: friendly settlement

The case concerns the length of detention on remand and the length of criminal proceedings.

The parties have reached a friendly settlement providing for payment to the applicant of the sum of 20,000 PLN, covering any pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage as well as costs.
