The application concerns the applicant’s pre-trial detention, on charges of aggravated fraud, from 27 June 2012 until 19 March 2014, followed by house arrest of unknown duration.
QUESTION tO THE PARTIES
Was the length of the applicant’s pre-trial detention, followed by house arrest, in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 5 § 3 of the Convention (see Galambos v. Hungary, no. 13312/12, 21 July 2015)?
