SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the alleged lack of adequate medical treatment in prison. In particular, relying on Article 3 of the Convention, the applicant complains that the Italian authorities did not provide him with the required intervention aimed at the restoration of his dental implant.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Has there been a breach of the applicant’s rights under Article 3 of the Convention? In particular, did the applicant receive adequate medical treatment during his detention in prison (see the principles set out by the Court in Blokhin v. Russia [GC], no. 47152/06, §§ 136-37, 23 March 2016, and, mutatis mutandis, V.D. v. Romania, no. 7078/02, § 92-99, 16 February 2010)?
