QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
In the light of the applicant’s claims, the documents which have been submitted and the fact that she is currently under psychiatric observation, would she face a risk of being subjected to treatment in breach of Article 3 of the Convention if the expulsion order were enforced?
The parties are invited to address both the question of the applicant’s fitness to travel and the question of risk to return to DRC.
