ADDITIONAL QUESTION
In view of the second and third applicants’ submissions under Article 14 of the Convention in conjunction with Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 thereof, and under Article 1 of Protocol No. 12 to the Convention, the Government is requested to specifically address whether the public officials, when ordering the second and third applicants to undergo additional border checks and in conducting such checks, subjected them to discrimination contrary to Article 1 of Protocol No. 12 as a result of an alleged racial profiling (compare, mutatis mutandis, Muhammad v.
