The application concerns the annulment of state registration of the applicant political party, allegedly without justification, with the consequence that it could not put forward its members as candidates in elections.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Has there been a violation of the applicant party’s right to freedom of association, contrary to Article 11 of the Convention?
2. Has there been a breach of the applicant party’s right under Article 3 of Protocol No. 1 to participate in free elections which ensure the free expression of the opinion of the people in the choice of the legislature?
